Returns & Refunds policy


There are no refunds except for cancellation of the Tour by the Operator. In case of a client cancellation the payment is non-refundable.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours before the tour without giving any reason for doing so, passing this time, the whole balance will be charged on the day of the tour.

Deposits are nonrefundable and will be used for administration costs.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

We are not responsible for any goods lost during the tour.


All our tours/experiences have a 15-minute tolerance period from the agreed pick-up or start time. Communication is key as if we do not hear from you we will assume you are no longer interested in participating in the tour for that day and the reservation will be considered a no show.

Because of the cost involved in moving staff and a vehicle to your location, there will be no refund possible.


We must also decline all responsibility for any losses, inconvenience or expense caused to clients by delays, strikes, or weather conditions.

The tour duration is approximate: Guadalajara being Mexico’s second largest city, traffic conditions can prove heavy upon returning and therefore are out of our control. Specific time constraints or obligations should be considered and evaluated by the participants as the tour will not be responsible for the loss of reservations/plane tickets.

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for death, injury, or damage that may occur during the tour. Your decision to participate in the tour signifies your understanding and agreement that we are not liable for any such incidents.
